If the defect happened before the product was sold, we guarantee a replacement of the same item or same value of good within 3 day after the original of good sold. Customers should return the defect item together with the original invoice. However, during the course, all the delivery costs will be borne by the customer. If the original packaging of goods has been opened, used or has been damaged, we will retain the right to refuse the replacement of product.
Conditions that we will not accept the returns:

3. The good has been soiled
